Stevie and her staff are amazing to work with!! I was able to experience the store virtually from Tennessee and felt like I was there in person with the pictures and videos they sent me!! They have very unique, one of a kind jewelry and I love that about them!! There is nothing cookie cutter about their merchandise as well as their customer service!! They are top notch in every category!! I will definitely be back for more!!

Had the best time with Stevie and crew at Jewel of the West, where I bought a brand-new Double-D jacket that had just come in. Stevie was so helpful and friendly! So happy I spent part of my day at Jewel of the West today!

I found Jewel of the West on Instagram while looking for the Paige Wallace horseshoe buckle. I messaged on Instagram and Stevie immediately replied with the items they had in stock, pictures, and pricing! When I was ready to order I called the store and Stevie was so sweet and helpful in helping me decide which stone option to go with. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and when my package came it was wrapped with care. Ive not had the chance to shop in store, but its on my bucket list! Until then, Ill be keeping an eye on inventory on instagram and ordering again!
