image I've known Parker for a really long time and he himself along with Tom, Zack and Bryce are awesome. I don't take my trucks anywhere else. These guys have helped me out a bunch and they know what they're doing.

image Branch Automotive did a great job on my GMC Dually Duramax. Matt had great communication setting up the appointment. I was in and out in a morning which is important as I live in the mountains. Listening to the staff talk and interact with their customers shows that they have a vast knowledge of vehicles and a very loyal following. When I need service I'll be back.

image BEWARE. We brought our truck in for an oil change, and to look at the brakes, which have had a problem ever since they worked on them a couple of years ago. We expected that they would warranty the work they had previously done on the brakes. Instead, they gave us an estimate for a couple thousand dollars to replace pads, calipers rotors, brake hoses. They also indicated that the truck had exhaust leaks and a power steering hose leak and that we needed to come up with another couple thousand dollars.
I took the truck home. Did the brakes myself. Bottom line - instead of admitting they made a mistake and doing a warranty repair, they used their mistake (likely the wrong grease on a caliper pin) as an excuse to sell us a bunch of repairs we didn't need.
Then we took the truck to the Ford dealer to look at the exhaust leaks and such. Their opinion - all these problems were very minor and they would be robbing us if we paid them to fix them.
Reflecting on the past couple of years. Did we REALLY need that new turbo? The fuel injectors? About $10K worth of repairs over the past few years. Only they know whether we really needed all that or not.

Mr. Thomas, we are truly sorry that you felt that we didn't take proper care of you. At Branch Automotive we reach out to our customers shortly after their visit to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the service they received. I'm confused as to why you would wait years to let us know that you have an issue. I believe the reality is that you had a hydraulic brake issue arise recently and wanted to blame a brake service from years ago for this new issue. I believe it is also important to share with the public that we offered to replace your brake pads under warranty while replacing the components that were now causing your brakes to pull on your most recent visit. You had a brake pull that was being caused by the hydraulics on your brake system. That is correct and we gave you the option to repair the brake pull issue by purchasing new calipers and brake hoses. We also offered to warranty the pads that were installed years ago, and were not the cause of the brake pull, as a courtesy. We offered to do this at no additional charge for the brake pads we had installed because we wanted to take care of you as our customer. We do perform a courtesy digital vehicle inspection each time your truck is in our shop to keep you informed of its condition and needs, both current and future needs. I'm glad that we did an inspection for you and that the Ford dealership confirmed our findings. If you had trouble viewing the pictures of the leaking exhaust components that we shared with you in a digital vehicle inspection I would be happy to help you view them on your phone or computer. Your suggestion that we were less honest because we brought these items to your attention is unfortunate. I believe that our customers want to know the condition of their vehicle and that they appreciate seeing the photos of their vehicles’ condition. Please feel free to reach out to me at 303-771-2224 with any questions.Sincerely,Parker Branch
