What an AMAZING experience working with this store location in Highlands Ranch & Sofia ! I called from Sonoma, California looking for a specific chain that was not in this store, and Sofia helped me out *above & beyond* ! She took the time to FaceTime me & walk me thru the store, so I could find what I wanted. Super grateful to pick up something for my Girl

I will always support a local business over big box so I thought I would shop here when I needed a gift. I saw a sign on a sale rack that said sales were final, which made sense, lots of sale racks work that way. It's a little rack in the back of the store with a sign on the rack- not the wall, just to be clear. Long story short, less than 24 hours later, I changed my mind and decided to exchange the gift. There was a $40 difference between the items. I asked for a refund of the difference- they said I could only have a store credit. I am stuck paying $65.00 for a pair of cheap earrings. The sign on the sale rack applies to the whole store. I won't be back and I will make sure my friends and neighbors know to steer clear. Disappointed.
