Brook is amazing and detail-oriented. I used to see Dr. Glasgold for filler, but it's so tough getting an appointment with him. I am particular and she's exceeded all my expectations.

I never had a Yelp account but have come here to warn people. I wish I was warned  Dr Robert is way past his prime if he ever had one.  He left my nose crooked/ asymmetrical with a ton of scar tissue, dips and dents which he called "shadows". My nose collapsed and he refused to own up to his error. Instead, he repeatedly said "nothing is perfectly symmetrical".  I have 2 different nostrils and the tip is completely different on each side, in other words, it's not "slight". He is extremely arrogant. When selling me the surgery he was so nice, but as soon as I had an issue with his work... it became problematic. I  wish I knew this before.  Spare yourself.  Plus Suzanne is god awful to deal with.

I dont know what went wrong with my procedure. But I was left with a very deformed nose. And all the positive reviews and feedback that you find online about this group, one could never imagine that a procedure could go so wrong. Any attempt at my reaching out was rebuffed and ignored. A doctor can make a mistake but its how they own up to it to fix it that defines them as a professional and a person. Tread carefully.

After reading other negative reviews about Dr. Robert Glassgold, I see that my experience is very similar to others in terms of the poor bedside manner I received.  I was a loyal and satisfied patient for over a decade. As of late, something has really changed. At first, the atmosphere in the office changed. I felt that the front desk person was incredibly rude on multiple occasions. I was very unhappy with the filler he placed in my cheeks. I went in for filler and Botox and I looked alienized afterwards. My cheeks were overly full and uneven, it just looked horrible to me, and my eyebrows were ridiculous looking (Spock look). To add, I never felt this way in over a decade going to this doctor. I've generally had a positive experience up until this recent event. I found that the minute I complained about my results or expressed pain and discomfort (my right cheek was in pain and swollen weeks after his injection) this doctor takes in a whole new persona that includes a terrible bedside manner, a lack of empathy, poor listening skills and a level of arrogance that is unfathomable to me. I was not listened to. My concerns were not taken seriously and I was brushed off as just not liking my results (results I was stuck with without the risk of injecting a dissolver which brings with it it's own set of potential issues). I am now a huge advocate of looking at negative reviews. No one wants to have a negative experience with their plastic surgeon. No one wants to write a negative review. All I will say is pray to have a positive experience because if you have an issue or are unhappy with the results, I would hate for you to have to suffer as I did. He behaved cruel, cool, calm and collected while I suffered. It was incredibly disturbing. It seems loyalty means nothing to him. ****The review about photos records is interesting to me because there was a time when they told me my photo records were gone and then at one future visit they suddenly had them all again. - Kelly Alder
