Ramez, #1 Service Writer-gets all of the credit-along with Technician Gilberto! I have never been to a VW dealer that operates as seamlessly as this one. Every aspect was knocked out of the park by my writer. Super professional and communicated with me every step of the way technician fix the vehicle the first time. Having been a VW tech for 20 years at other stores, this dealership exceeds brand standards by a long shot! I am so impressed with this well-
oiled machine!!

If you are in the market for a VW, stop in and talk to Sam or Jared. We never expected car buying to be easy until we had the pleasure of working with both of them to get the deal done. We were beyond impressed. Both were straight forward, efficient, knowledgeable, listened and personable. We never realized car buying could be so easy and actually fun. Sam and Jared were hands down awesome and top notch. Sam knew the car inside and out like he designed it. He even took the extra time to give us an in-depth tutorial about the car, even after close on a Friday night of a holiday weekend. This showed us that he truly cared and appreciated our business.
Bernie was instrumental by quickly responding to our internet inquiry, and setting the tone with an offer to get us in the door, before connecting us with Sam. By the way, that same offer was still on the table when we arrived ready to negotiate. There was never a bait and switch like we experienced with several other dealerships that we visited. This alone was a true testament to this dealership. Thank you again to Sam, Jared and Bernie for changing our views on the car buying process!
