I went into the barbershop and the barber told me that I had to wait for the next barber to come in, but he let me sign my name for a haircut even though someone else was getting a haircut. I stayed and went grocery shopping for a while, and when I returned he wasn't giving anyone a haircut. So I asked him if I could get one, and he said yes, asked me how I would like to get my haircut, listened to how I would like to get my haircut. He did a wonderful job on my haircut and didn't make any mistake. He was respectful, kind, and polite. I recommend Alex. He does a marvelous job with haircuts. Alex is the number 1 barber at Meijers.

This place sucks.  I walk into this place for a haircut...no one waiting in line and ask if I can get a haircut...the kid doesn't even take his face out of his phone to tell me "we only have One barber...appointments only".  Didn't argue...just walked out.It's cool.  I made my appointment somewhere else...didn't want to find out about your bush league barber skills after witnessing your horrible customer service.I hope you appointment shows and tips $20 like would have.
