Rented a tow dolly. Taillight was busted. They just told me not to drive it at night. Went to return it the next day and store owner was really rude. Tried to get my card and charge me again. He didn't have my electronic contract. I had to pull it up on my phone and show him. It showed zero paid BUT it was pending on my card so he didn't need my card again. He refused to look at my phone showing the charge and ignored me to wait on other customers. Because he knew I was right! I've yet to ever walk in the store again and it's been over a year. And no, they haven't changed a bit!

If you want properly maintained trailers I suggest you go elsewhere. Rented an auto transport, towed it all the way to Dothan. Went to load up a vehicle only to have the tongue fail sending the trailer into my tailgate destroying it. Managed to drag the trailer out from under the vehicle to be towed and took it back to this location. What do I get in return? "Did you have the right hitch ball? (Yes) huh that's weird. Do the lights work? (Yes). Ok you're good then" so in conclusion I get charged for a trailer that damaged my truck, burn a half a tank of fuel and still didn't get the vehicle from Dothan to Luverne. If I could give them a negative star rating I would.
