Ray's Well and Septic

Our toilets wouldn’t flush and most septic companies couldn’t come out for over a week, not an ideal situation. Ray’s was recommended to me on NextDoor and could come out in two days… yes, please!

Saturday came around and I was getting nervous when early afternoon arrived. Then the call came in that they would be here within an hour, it was almost like hearing the Hallelujah Chorus in the background!

Shortly thereafter, this huge truck pulls in my driveway, and the guy jumps out of the truck in full 80’s splendor, hair flowing in the wind, with a huge smile… perfect! Gabe did not disappoint! He also has the BEST attitude of anyone I’ve ever had come to my house.

Get this… he showed up without a mechanical digger. I asked how he was going to dig the hole, it needed to be pretty big. He pointed to his shovel. Okay, I got it, but we’re going to be here all day, right? It has to take two hours to dig a hole that size, right??

Gabe was done digging the hole in 22 minutes flat. I KID YOU, NOT!!!!! Dude is a powerhouse! All while keeping up a friendly banter with my husband and me. You have to agree, that’s pretty amazing.

To make a long story short: Gabe dug the hole, pried up the 400lb lid himself, sucked all the (ahem) out of the septic tank, told us how to better care for the septic tank, set the lid back down and covered the hole up… in around an hour. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it with my own two eyes.

AND! You knew there had to be an ‘And’…
And the price was one of the lowest from all the estimates we received. Gabe is the total package, and the dude you want taking care of your septic needs.
