Craig Valentine, we appreciate your feed back if it were only true. We Went to a customer next door to Mr. Valentine on the 28th to perform a leaf removal. Our team did a great job although we got a call on the 31st from our customer to hear that his front lawn was covered in leaves. Mr Valentine had blew his leaves onto the property that we just cleaned up. Mr,. Valentine did have quite a few bags at the front curb but he must've apparently ran out. The pile of leaves that he conveniently blew onto our customers lawn was a mountain. Mind you it rained the day after we were their for 12 hours, so i know the leaves didn't blow to the lawn our guys just did. We have did leaf removal at Mr. Valentines front lawn once last year. we've never worked for him besides that. Also, i looked at the property this morning wondering how could only our customers front yard be completely covered in leaves but the back wasn't. He didn't do his back yard, only the front. He wanted my team to come over to perform a full clean up free of charge or else he was going to call the better business bureau. That's Absurd. Our team separated the leaves between the houses professionally. We Took Ours and left his be. Don't let this post fool any of our potential future customers.

This is the worst place ever. We used this company for three years straight with no issues. This year the never called me back so I decided to rack and bag my entire front lawn my self. 32 bags of leaves later I was done. 3 days later I’m driving home after work and get a call from my wife that someone blew all the leaves from the side of our house onto our grass. I called the manager and he said “well there your leaves”. He also said they were only doing what my neighbor told them to do; like that is a reason to do anything. I’ve got a call into my city and the better business bureau. Never use these people
