I came into Mens Warhorse in search of a suit for an upcoming job interview that I had. It was really busy in the store and there were a lot of people being helped out. Seeing that all of the employees were extremely busy I was about to leave, but then I was approached by Ricky. I then told him I was in search of a suit. Ricky was very knowledgeable on how to dress for a job interview. He should me a couple of suit options all amazingly put together. I chose one and didn't even need alterations on it. So glad that I was helped out by Ricky. Great costumer service. I am very happy with this experience.

My things did not arrive on time. My things did not fit correctly, though I couldnt pick up my suit on time. I was still charged a late fee for one additional day, even though I got it three days late. Youre better off purchasing yourself a suit from any smaller retailer, dont waste your time here, here

I had great customer service from Alex for picking out a new sports coat which was on sale. They had to order my size, but it came within 2 days. Fits perfect and Terry helped me pick out a matching tie. Very happy.

Todays experience at Mens Warehouse was not only disappointing but upsetting. I went there with my son to order his tuxedo for the prom and was assigned to Ricky. Ricky presented us with the prom selections and allowed my son to make the decision from the pictures. As we were completing the process of picking out the tuxedo and the additional add ons the iPad stopped working. He proceeded to attempt to get two more that also would not work. He asked us to return in an hour which I had no problem with doing. In fact it gave me the opportunity to complete some errands. Upon returning Ricky again assisted us. This part was smooth. He the stated he would set my son up with some items to try on. As we walked over my son was in front of me and directly behind Ricky so it appeared as it we were not together. I walked to the area where the staff was sitting. Ricky returned and then showed the iPad to the Assistant Manager who took it upon himself to belittle my son because of his size and tuxedo choice. At this time Ricky stated something along the lines of I didnt know it came in that size and they both laughed. Needless to say I was close enough to touch them while this conversation was occurring. Ricky proceeded to leave my son unattended and Zandra, the saving grace to this place assisted him. She helped him get the correct size shirt and jacket and had light conversation with me. Due to the fact that there were a number of customers in the store and I also didnt want to ruin this experience for my son I said nothing to that Assistant Manager. Ricky on the other hand was addressed regarding this while my son was not present. Ricky could only state that he never said anything and he was sorry. Upon checking out the total came up to $299 and Ricky then stated he was charging us $196 and some change because he was again sorry. I am truly disgusted that Mens Warehouse has people that are degrading there customers working in their store. It is sad and unfortunate but the only thing I am grateful for is Zanda and that my sons experience was not effected. I will add a picture of the Assistant Manager since I never gained his name.
