Usually i would only write bad reviews..but i can definitely say....Urgent care was on my side this time..we took my grandson fo his pediatrician and i felt like they didnt really care...my grandson had a sty growing in his inside his eye..and his pediatrician had given us prescription...well a week later gotten worse...so we took him to see urgent care..had a grest 2 experience with them...first visit was with Brian B. awesome person...great bedside manners...questions were answered...2nd visit i forgot his name..but great bed side manners treat us like he cared...few days later. my grandson eye had gotten worst...we call his pediatrcian and of course...they wont referred him to the eye doctor...so i called urgent care and spoke with Mindy J. thank goodness for her help and her referral..we were able to see the eye doctor in 2 days..with that said...im thankful for this group of people..we definitely come back if needed...thank you Mindy J...for your help and getting us in and thank you to the providers that seen us..

I was in the Morganton location the other day, kind of late in their hours, but they got me in quickly, assessed my problem, and had me going again quickly and professionally. When Urgent Care is indicated for me, the Morganton office is where I am headed.

Just have to say I take my family to the one in Newton.
Can't say nothing but good things about them.
They try to be fast when waiting.
They are always kind and caring.
Irand is such a compassate and took great care of my mom when I took her.

Don't listen to anything but the highest ratings here, please. Too many people will miss out on honest to god doctors treating patients like humans. First time here I had a migraine and this place was new. No other place in hickory, including a neurologist, would do anything for a migraine in progress. These guys gave me a cocktail IV, laid me on one of their tables, turned out the lights, and left me alone for 3 while hours to sleep it off. And now, they are he only ones who figured out how to stop 4 hour nosebleeds in their tracks AND stop back spasms from a 25 year old back injury in hours when it's been acting up for days. I don't have much love for the medical treatment in NC as a whole, but this place is the BEST urgent care you'll find.
