Seems as if everyone in this bank came from food lion none of them know what theyre doing cant deposit money where you tell them if they tried and no help on issues just send you straight to the automated line after they realize they cant answer your questions

went to this branch to speak with the manager regarding a matter of my mortgage. There was only one person before me. I heard the noisy laugh and loud laugh. I looked through the glass of the manager's office and they weren't filling out papers or typing on the computer. I looked again and it seemed like two best friends laughing out loud. 40 minutes later I couldn't stand it and I had to go to another branch (Newton) and the manager there attended to me quickly even though she was busy. Super professional.
