Signed up for their "Comfort Club" last year which included biannual tune-ups. Never heard back from them for a year. I called their number on the web and had left messages and never got a reply. Then last week they said their technician was on the way. I explained that this is the first I had heard of it They said they must have made the appointment, which I explained they had not. When I asked about where they were in the summer I got a song and dance. When I asked if they were planning on using the appointment today to make up for the non visit in the summer, I was told they "probably" would. They just wanted to renew to collect another year's worth of service they wouldn't deliver. I told them to cancel me as a customer Then they tried to tell me I couldn't cancel unless I wrote them a letter. Don't think so, I didn't write them a letter when I signed up. Not an honest group.

We have been a 72 Degree customer for many years. Unfortunately, I have to admit that we should have discontinued service sooner. We've lost all confidence in 72's service. We've left a request for the service manager and or owner to contact us to discuss our issues and have not heard back.
I'd rather not go into detail related to our complaints, which are many. Simply put, I would not recommend this company.

Just had a new unit put in a yr ago already having problems, there not answering there phones voicemail is full, so you can't leave a message. They also told me my unit would be a carrier brand after installing that put in a cheap knock off.

Not trust worthy. Maintenance men will tell you one thing and personal will tell you something different. We purcased the air purifier unit and we can not get the filters or the bulb filter for it now. Plus they charge for parts that are under warranty. We had to call Century to come out and fix our unit because after 2 trips to our house 72 degrees still did not have our unit running.

I would not let them come back to my house they still owe me for 1 service from last year and I have all ready payed them for the contract that they could not do from last year that's bad so I'm going to cut my loss and go with some one else Sorry 72 degrees you was a good company what happened
