      image A little slow, but did a great job with design and construction. And 6 months after finishing i added a jet ski platform and needed some matching timbers, and he provided them gratis.

      image The docks they built for our neighbors looked great, so we called them. The slow response should have alerted us to what was coming. We signed the contract and paid the first installment in February. The dock was supposed to be finished by June 1. They have not started on it. They won't answer calls or e-mails. I received one e-mail in response to multiple complaints. The excuse for not getting the job done was high water. There was no excuse for the failure to communicate. They don't have any competition, so they can get away with bad customer service.
