Patrick and his team performed a much needed service to our entire townhome community. He was professional and prompt which is rare these days. Everyone in our community raved about his services. I cannot recommend this company enough. I only wish there were more companies like his.

I have been using Heaven's Best for several years prior to taking over as property manager once our property was built. These guys are amazing & are great at what they do. The customer service & communication is always top notch. HB always does a wonderful job & there is no one else I would call on to clean our 192 unit apartment community as long as I am the property manager. You won't be disappointed!

I have a puppy and three cats so needless to say I had a few stains and odors in my carpets…Patrick was extremely helpful and was able to make my carpets look brand new in less than an hour! There is not a single stain left! I am extremely happy with their service and highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs!!

I live out of state and own a Rental Property in Granite Falls. After reading the reviews I chose to use their service for a one room carpet cleaning. I appreciate they answered the phone and was able to service my rental home within one week. I was told a receipt was going to be sent to my email address ( which I supplied, plus my cell number AND the tenants cell number) and I would pay for their services after receiving the receipt. I get they don't know me , I get that, however I felt like a criminal creep the way I was stalked today to pay the $139.00 carpet cleaning bill. I lived in the Hickory area for 30 years and have references, not only in Hickory but Fl. as well . I was told that "since my bill was so low" they needed to collect, actually harass me to get payment . I replied back that "no matter where I am in my life financially $139 is money I worked for and it is A lot of money". That was an insult and unprofessional. When they first called I was in a Manager Meeting ( within 10 minutes of completing the job) before noon, I was 2.5 hrs. from my home . I told them I would get back to them I was in a meeting, They called again....still in meeting. I am a very Busy Professional woman with 70 plus Agents, 4 Offices and a very full plate. 2.5 hours of driving time one way, I left at 6AM, I left my meeting at 1:30 Pm with multiple multiple phone calls to answer and emails to respond to. l called you back, I am on the road... OMG 3 hour drive home in Tampa traffic at the time. You rendered a service, as far as I know my tenant was happy, ( I still haven't had time to confirm they were even there, or if they were happy), I would of paid you in a timely manner!! Instead you call the 3RD time and immediately demanded payment! I had to put my phone down, ( I had been home for less than 30 minutes )while I listened to you snort on the other end of the phone ,I hurried to finish an urgent email that you got the pleasure of listening too as I typed away, sorry my Agents took preference since I was gone all day...( geez),I stressed listening to his heavy breathing and his bad attitude, I rushed to finish the email, grab my purse, put it on any CC just to shut him up! THEN I got a receipt! Go away! NOT how to do business! Put me on Channel 13 "Out of town woman doesn't pay $139 Carpet cleaning bill within 30 minutes of service!" ( Eye roll).
NO I do NOT recommend "Heaven's Best" because professionalism matters, customer service is KING and always will be!
What is even worse I had to take time from my productive day to write this. IF you were concerned you should of asked for me to pay upfront, instead of assuring me you would send a receipt to my email and I could pay then!! I still haven't had a moment to talk to my tenant to see if they were satisfied! It is Too bad because I would have used you as a reference and praised your company to my many RE friends and family in Catawba and surrounding areas. I'd of rather paid $600 to replace the carpet then to be harassed by this Company any day of the week! Heaven's Best, yeah I was in Hell today because of your unprofessional attitude! Happy Monday!
