image I wish I could give 5 stars but Im actually sitting in the waiting room as I write this, I have been bringing my mother in to this office for about a year now and dr.killian is amazing with my mother and the other staff as well but the lady at the window at this very moment 8/18/23 at 10:09am is EXTREMELY RUDE. When I bring my mother I always need to get a work note and have never had an issue getting one before, when I asked for one they lady looked at me like I was stupid then proceeded to say have you checked out yet and I informed her that I wasnt a patient I just had to leave work to bring my mother and she replied well has she checked out very rudely and I said well no but I always get one, and interrupted me to say well you cant get one until she checks out all the while giving me the same are you dumb look, before I went to ask I heard her be very rude with another patient about her appointment which that patient ended leaving and seemed very angry with her interaction and she had the same attitude with other patients that came in after my mother.

image I had been a patient here for over a decade... when dr. Brooks was with dr. Goodman. Then dr. Brooks joined this office, and my experience has been horrible since, especially with the front office. Boni Killian was who I began to see, and she was great... I would love to continue seeing her, but am leaving this office because of the office staff.
They dropped the ball several times getting a PA for my diabetic meds, causing me to go without for 3 weeks. When trying to schedule an appointment to get an updated A1C, Erin in the front office continued talking over me and became aggressive and rude. When I asked for the office manager because she was upsetting me, I was put on hold for a long period and no one ever picked up. I called back, and they did the same thing to me again. Regina is the office manager, and would not take my call.
I do not recommend this office... this wasn't the first time they were rude and nasty, but I kept going because I liked Boni and felt comfortable with her. The face of an office is the front staff, and unfortunately, this office has zero compassion or people skills.

image If you are and established patient there you can't even get an appointment if you are sick. They want you to go to an urgent care. Why have a Dr there if you can't be seen there when you need them? My mom not feeling well and I called to get her an appointment. Next available appointment they can see her is September 14th.
