I appealed nurmerous property tax bills through Retag in 2018. They got 1 small ~$100 reduction. They got no results for the rest and even pulled some of the cases. They NEVER followed up to let me know results. I believe they did no work on my behalf. Then, they threatened to send me to collections for an unpaid bill of $27 which I never received because they sent it to a non-existent address. If they couldn't get my bill to the right location, should I have any confidence that they appealed the right properties? They are a waste of time and money and will not get you results .You are much better off saving your money and doing the appeals yourself. I think the operation is borderline fraud. They don't do what they say and they don't follow-up
