Dr. Pando never has appointments available to see his new patients, the nurses have a haughty attitude and the way they talk to their patients is a little rough. A little compassion is needed with people who arrive in a delicate situation or arrive worried. The doctors apart from Dr. Pando, because I have never seen him, make you feel rushed and you have to hurry with your questions because of the way they answer them. I'm not complaining about the staff like receptionists or assistants, but the doctors and nurses are a disaster.

Best GYN! I moved up to Broward and still make it down to Miami Lakes to be attended here. Cant find the care and dedication to patients anywhere like I did here.

Great experience! Staff was extremely attentive and helpful when calling to make appointments. Everyone was very helpful and patient with me. Highly recommend this office if you're looking for a gyn!
