      image Very very irritable management and sometimes violate fair housing laws
      The apartments are nice.

      image Good for low income families. Mice in the winter, trash everywhere police on site weekly poor manager. Drug dealers around. Ghetto of Hershey. Old lazy properly manager

      image One of the two elevators has been broken down for over three weeks. And today now BOTH elevators are down. Manager couldn't care less.

      image Very clean and well maintained. The apartments have a beautiful view of downtown hershey. This is a building for seniors and disabled individuals.
