Waited two hours to get a tire patched. Only after I asked how much longer did they say that they couldn't patch it and I'll need a new tire. Outrageous that it took 2 hours on a slow morning to be told that they can't patch it.

Had a 11:30 appointment. Was told it was a 30 min delay once I arrived. 45 minutes went by. I inquired when vehicle would be seen. They said soon and they only had 2 people working. My vehicle was not brought back until I inquired again at 1:45. No apologies were offered by the DM or Manager. When I asked the DM he to find a timeframe he shrugged his shoulders and said he didnt know and said he just got there. Which was a lie. He came in 40 minutes prior with the Manager. Poor communication from the start. Should have called customers on schedule of delay considering I drove 45 minutes to get there.

Guys were great and helped me to get home to Kentucky from South Carolina. Flat tires are not fun but had a great experience with the shop.
