Rented over a yr hereno one cleans the yard anymore dog poop everywhere after a yr paying on old lease started a new onebad mistake!!! complained about neighbor smoking marijuana everyday and smoke coming up from neigbor into our bedroom and living room place chatue did nothingthen we said we wanted to movestill nothing..then wanted us to send a letter to residents serviceto get us out of new lease they never even responded chatue wants us to send 3rd letter I found out I could of just walked away from lease would have been cheaper this place is a ghetto to do rent here!!!!

ONLY giving 1 star because I liked the fact the apartment came with a garage.
From day 1 this place was a mess. The bathtubs were brown, had paint in them, and I had to clean them out myself. The Master bedroom (which is small) didn't have a light in it. When we asked the front office for one, we were immediately told no and that we could install one ourselves. Why am I spending $2k for an apartment that doesn't even have a light in the main bedroom? I started smelling natural gas when I was washing a load of laundry. I know the washer doesn't have a natural gas hookup, but that's what it smelled like. We called maintenance, and the guy basically laughed it off and proceeded to turn my gas stove on to teach me what natural gas smells like. He did recognize there was a smell, but didnt investigate any further. 24 hours later, I'm washing another load of laundry and our washer catches fire. The smoke detectors are so high up in the apartment, that the smoke never reached them. If we would have left, we could have lost everything. The front office REFUSED to give us any money back. We had to go through the normal process to break our lease and pay another $2k. This place is HORRIBLE! If you have any problems, don't bother telling the front office because you won't get anything done.

I moved here. Tomorrow will be a week and they havent came and fixed anything that I put in a work order for for when Im first moved in so they get a one star from me if I can move out and get my money back right now I will. The microwave is old and making a buzzing sound like theres radiation coming out of it. The carpet is shredding and this is all when I moved in almost a week ago tomorrow will be a week December 22 will make a week and still no one came to fix anything. And my apartment is right by the dumpster and I have ants already. I havent been here a week. SMH all bad
