Awful workers here. Not only are they rude to their costumers but they treat their animals horribly. Still recommend adopting animals from this hell hole.

My daughter and her long time boyfriend were treated very poorly when trying to adopt a cat. They were interrogated, disrespected and given the runaround. I adopted a cat from Happy Home 7 years ago and was not treated this way. I have lost a great deal of respect for this organization. Bill and Amber need to review their adoption practices and tactics used in screening potential adopters.

I've had a pleasure to volunteer at the adoption centre and work with Bill and Amber. They are both amazing people who have the most respect, love and compassion for the animals they are helping. I have also adopted two beautiful cats here. All I have to say to people leaving negative comments is that this adoption centre (Amber and Bill as well) puts animals needs and safety first, and not the adopters convenience. The amount of cruelty and irresponsibility they face every day probably made them seem harsh at first. But remember that all the questions they ask and all the decisions they make are results of decades of dealing with people who lie, deceive and don't take adoption process very seriously. With all said above they do an amazing job making sure those poor, forgotten and sometimes abused animals find a truly forever home where they can be loved, cared for and treated with respect they deserve! Thank you so much for what you guys are doing!
