Do not have any business with them !!!! They told me, that after my application is approved, I have 48 hours to made a final decision and cancel the application. However, after 7 business days, they did not even call me. Then I called them and said that I want cancel my application. They said, that I was approved (they just forgot to inform me, lol), and refused to give me back my 300$ fees. They refused to show me any document about their policies. DISGUSTING !!!!

Been here for two months and had nothing but issues. There are so many problems with my apartment it is just crazy. First issue was the washer machine and they took their time to resolved that. Second issue was my mailbox that stays cracked open when the mailman puts my mail in, and its hard for me to open. Third the screen thats on the balcony that doesnt fit, but thats all they have. Fourth the doors get stuck when you close them. Fifth one the dishwasher that still leaks after waiting for a month to get it repaired. But the biggest one is the water leaks and the mold that gets you sick. Do not move here!!! Save yourself the headache!!!!!

Moved in 5 months ago and still waiting for the walk through items to be addressed, long list even included mold in multiple areas and security issues for the apartment. In addition we've had a car stolen and vandalism to our vehicle and nobody at the office cares to do anything. I would highly recommend nor moving in here.

This place nickel and dimes you to death. They arent willing to work with anyone either so renter beware!
