My back tire was absolutely worn out and took it to RideNow. With a lot of juggling Sal got me in the same day and totally hooked me up. I was in and out in 2 hours and I was on my way. Also, their is an attractive young lady, Amber, who handled 3 or 4 customers really quickly. Great operation, I will be back for any of my motorcycle needs. Keep up the good work.

Not a lot of good to say about this location, highly recommend trying a different dealership or visiting the Rancho location. They mark up every machine a ridiculous amount, to include charging higher shipping/assembly costs than what the manufacturer lists. They will then add in a $400-500 battery warranty (dont pay for it/they attempt to hide it and not mention it). In further markups, the paperwork fees run $600, which is more than a majority of car dealerships.
If you do pick out a machine, it might take 4 days to have it delivered from the warehouse. Remember those higher than manufacturer suggested freight and assembly fees? One of my two machines purchased came with a massive leaking oil line (noticeable within seconds of running machine), overfilled oil tank, dragging rear/parking brake, and low/no brake fluid in the cylinders. Upon taking it back, nothing was offered for the inconvenience of paying hundreds for a non-performed service (mistakes happen, but its how you take care of it).
Got it home after the correction and found that again the parking brake was bad. Went to use the parking brake on my driveway (its hilly) and it wouldnt hold the machine in place. Took a look at the brake and noticed the adjustment screw was almost completely backed out and about to fall off (wasnt torqued down properly). This time, rather than trusting this dealership, I went ahead and adjusted it myself.

So far it appears that the problems have been repaired. I will know after my road trip.
