I went I asked if by chance if the hat was done. She laughed at me and said no because they always send off to be pressed. She said that I should have asked for it to be done earlier. I asked why would you press a hat. Then she went to the back and gave me the hat. I don't recommend them for lying.

I went from, excited to finally wear my newly altered $250 pants; to, excited to give this business a bad review...
There's a reason why some things are pricey, the original hem of these pants were completely invisible. After picking up my pants from getting altered at Deluxe Cleaners & Alterations, the way they stitched it, I could have done it myself for free. The man who works there, tried to steam the hem of the pants but it didn't help. He said sometimes invisible stitches are visible but offered no other solution.
I think what the problem is: they are inexperienced with alterations and/or do not have the right equipment
I have only been here once before and they did an excellent job hemming a skirt. I remembered they did a great job and decided to return. But this was five year ago... now, Ill just remember that they did a bad job this time and not want to return in the future.
Two stars only because the girl who helped me when dropping off my pants was super pleasant and professional, they also did an alright job cleaning my coat.
