My family has waited 9 months for a headstone. The office took money up front and delayed ordering for 4 months. Now, instead of handling the situation professionally, they have blocked our calls.

If I could rate this no starts I would. I have complained many times over the years about the horrible conditions at this cemetary. We have two sets of grandparents, a brother, a Dad and numerous friends buried here. It is hard enough to lose your loved one. Having their final resting place treated with this much disrespect is outrageous. Numerous individuals have called and complained. Nothing changes. These photos were made between 7:00 and 7:30 in July 16, 2021. I added one photo with the time and date stamp.

We laid my father to rest 6/15/2021. My family & I are so hurt & upset the persons responsible for setting up the area for the final goodbye to our loved one could not take the time to set up the chairs for the bereaved in an orderly fashion, nor provide enough seating for our immediate family, nor cover the chairs and the equipment the casket rested upon. This is one of the most grievous times of a family's life. If you choose to be in this line of work, let it be a calling to comfort & not "just a job". And . . . Please cut the grass! And . . . Maintain the steps!

I have 2 lots there, I am selling and I want even take the people over to see the lots. The grass is knee high and it looks horrible.
