I will never go here again. They promised to call me when my taxes were done but they didn't. After leaving my paperwork there for over a week I finally called them and my taxes still weren't done. They tried to put me off for another couple of days and I refused. I picked up my paperwork and made an appointment elsewhere. Not a reliable place to handle your taxes

My dad dropped off his tax documents in June. Eva has been preparing my family's taxes for years. The office is never open and the phone is disconnected. I called the police department and they said they've checked out the building, but can't enter. I was then told to call the city. I can't reach anyone associated with this business.
Edit: I just went to the office and she was there. She was sick and filed extensions already. I told her the phone wasn't working and she'll look into it. She will be calling her clients with an update.

My boyfriend brought his tax papers in april & she still has not done anything now it's June11 and for 3 weeks after calling her every day plus going there there is never anyone at her business DOES ANYONE KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH THIS LADY
