If I could 0 stars I would. They came out gave me an estimate and a projected install date. When the date came, they told me that a wire that was needed was not in stock and they would keep me updated. Not only did I have to contact them Repeatedly for an update, when I do get in contact with them they tell me the price they originally quoted me could not be honored because they would be loosing out on money and want me to pay an addl 300 dollars. I’ve waited weeks because it was a reasonable price. I could have went with another company weeks ago that was charging me the price they are asking for now and offered more value for the price. Very disappointing

I recently utilized Home Advisor to search for a security company for installing an outside camera surveillance system. I was put in contact with Bama Security, located in Hazel Green, AL. I discussed what we wanted with the company owner, we settled on a system and price, and was informed of when the technicians would arrive and start the install. The two technicians arrived on the time we had agreed on, we discussed the system to be installed, locations of the cameras and away they went. The install was completed on time and the company owner came by during the install to see how things were going. The system is outstanding and the install was the same. A really great pat-on-the-back to the company owner and in particular to the technicians. We are totally satisfied with the system and the people involved.
