Used to come to this store when it was at Grand Vue Plaza. It had very nice and cheap stuff, and the cashiers were very nice. Now the stuff is ridiculously overpriced. I found a old wax cube pack that had what looked like hair and dried Hawaiian Punch for $5!!! The cashier was rude and acted like I was such a bother to her! Going to Goodwill for now on. This place ain't getting MY patronage back!!

I will NEVER shop in your Pineville KY store again after a employee deliberately cussed me out & discriminated against my physical disabilities on 9-23-23. This store IS FILTHY & looks like nobody has ever CLEANED it if at all! There are bedbugs & roaches through out the store & it STINKS inside the store like they never wash the clothing & bedding that's in the store if at all! 1 female employee made me feel like a nobody when I asked a ligitament question on some thing I needed for my medical equipment & told me privately "I ain't your f-ing slave! You ain't no f-ing jew b-! You been to every f-ing church here! Get the f- out of this f-ing store & DON'T f-ing come back!!!!" I went back today looking for a back pack & Carolyn got down right mouthy & rude with me again. The young female is about 20 + & very rude & dresses like a whore allowing her privates show around everybody including the males. When I tried to talk to a older female employee about it she said "Ain't nothing wrong with it!" The young female employee's arms & lower half of her body has a lot of DISGUSTING & sadistic tattoos that are very repulsive! I hope you will REMOVE these 2 employees from your store & soon otherwise I & my family will NOT shop in your Pineville KY store again. I've seen far CLEANER thrift stores than your Pineville KY store is & I've never been so insulted & treated as BADLY as I was in other thrift stores like I have been in your store!!!! Your Pineville KY store IS SO REPULSIVE & FILTHY & with my physical disabilities I CAN'T move around in your store with out tripping on garbage & items strewn about in your store & racks are in the way that it's UNSAFE for people like myself to get around them with out fearing for my safety being compromised trying to get around these racks that ARE A HEALTH HAZARD to disabled people like myself! I'm going to report these safety hazards to the health department & let them deal with these safety issues. As far as your employees go you NEED to hire BETTER employees who RESPECT their elders & their safety!!!
