I bought some down pillows from Pacific Feather Co. They advertised a free gift its purchase of a luxury faux fur throw.
It arrived smelling horrible!! Moldy and foul. Included with a packing slip from Keeco, LLC. No contact info on the invoice or the company website.
Throwing blanket in garbage.

Bought some curtains through Bed Bath and Beyond. Washed them once according directions, and they shrunk and warped to the point I can't use them at all. Reached out to both Keeco and BBB to get a refund or replacement, and no one can help me. So I'm out $300 and still need to buy curtains. Very poor quality product and very poor customer service. Will never buy this company's products again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought a duvet cover and there are no hooks, ties, or anything to latch the duvet cover onto. Filling a review on here and mailing to their concurrently located address. Products have to meet the description on the label and this clearly does not. Look forward to hearing back to settle this matter.

Put up Eclipse curtains they are white let all the light through, very rough and crude material not
Appealing , took them back to Walmart.
Called customer service thinking I am missing something. There response was take back to retailer for refund. Stay away from this product
