      image Had 2 aides from here for my mom- both were excellent, caring and attentive to her.

      image Stay Away! The nurse was abrupt with my family member, standing over her bed telling her, "get up", didnt even know it was an electric bed! I could NOT believe it. I wanted to punch her! How horrible! The aide she brought with her didn't even stay a full day, for breakfast poured a full bowl of milk and drizzled cereal in it and that was it! Not a glass of juice or coffee! Then she sat there all day! The second day, they sent no aide at all! After fighting them, they sent an aide 2 hours later! She did not know how to use a remote for an electric bed! Then when it came for breakfast she stood there dumbfounded. I had to take the day off from work to help her. A brutal and ugly experience to see people like this calling themselves caring health care professionals! I think they should change their name to UNABLE Health Care Service.
