Not only did my son find a used condom on the floor by the bed, but when we laid down to go to sleep, started itching on my arms. I got up and turned the light on to find bites on my arms and found the bugs in the bed. Room 219. The clerk refused to refund us or give us management's number to get ahold of them the same night. They refunded us for the two nights we booked the next morning, AFTER we had to spend more money on another hotel room, thank goodness we had it, but told us the deposit would be returned after they "check out the situation." They finally gave back $7.90 of a 75 dollar deposit and now management refuses to get on the phone. Already contacted the lawyer.

I loved everything except the people that worked here. I'm a bartender so I am super tolerable with people, but the people that worked here were so rude and intolerable.
