I’ve lived here for two years and it has a pretty good experience. TJ listens and answers any questions you may have. The wait on maintenance varies depending on how busy they are. We usually got everything fixed within a week but some times they won’t come for longer. The only bad thing about this place is the amount of stuff that breaks and you need maintenance for. The garbage disposal seemed to break anytime it was turned on. Multiple other timings either stopped working or broke too. They always manage to come fix it to the best of their abilities though. I have recommended this apartment to my friends and I’m going to miss this place.

Never rent from Cassandra Apartments in Hattiesburg, MS. I've been having problems with my upstairs neighbor since I moved into my apartment in March of this year. He and his "girlfriend" stomp around, throw stuff at the floor, yell and scream to where I can hear them, his friends have spit chewing tobacco on my door and doorknob, have rung my doorbell around 3-4 in the morning multiple times, and as I type this, I realize I have not been to sleep at all...for almost 48 hours because of them (happens all the time). I have told my landlord about the problems I have been having and she didn't do anything to help the situation. She said "you're moving out and so is he so I won't be having a problem with you two anymore." Also, as I type this...they are both running and stomping from one end of the apartment to the other. The landlord will not answer her phone when I call. Do not rent from this place. I have recordings of what it sounds like from the inside of my apartment for your listening pleasure if you are considering moving in here. I'm so ready to move..if I had the money, I would be out right now.
