Thank to the other driver for they reviews; I had a load for tomorrow but is going to be canceled; like frank 5 start review said down here they dont need us, I guess hes a shipping and receiving worker they can shipping by rails so I dont even waste my time trying, no thanks.

I just talked to a driver who's been here over 25 hrs waiting to unload. I've only been here 3 hrs waiting to load, but it's sick to see 3 forklift operators hide behind the conduit from 2pm -250pm so they don't have to stay another load. This is my 2nd time and I will not come back. Everyone from the scale operator to shipping ladies are rude and snotty. Then add the laziness of forklift operators and it's the biggest joke of a shipper in all of Illinois, and believe me that says alot.

Deliver to a lot of places but this one has to be the worst one unfortunately. Staff is nice but the loading and unloading is horrible.

There's plenty of land between the road and the start of the parking lot to improve overnight parking for drivers. Right now this is joke. Several "spots" have metal and old empty trailers taking up space. Show some respect, please. ***this review is 5 years old - was sitting as "draft" until right now... obviously nothing has changed judging from the recent reviews***
