I saw the negative reviews, but my experience was much different. I was looking for an obscure product, which the Walgreen's website said they carried, but couldn't find it. A nice young lady asked to help, but when I told her the product she said that she'd never seen or heard of it - and that the area in the store where it would be was her's. The head pharmacist offered to help, but same result; available online for deliver in 3 days, but not in store. We're leaving tomorrow, so I'll have to find a different source. BUT - both women were very friendly and polite.

The staff is professional and friendly. They treat customers well.

I am so disappointed in the direction this store has taken. I just experienced something with this establishment that warrants a helping hand to the general public that has complaints.
