SHOCKED on ChamberofCommerce.com

image I was actually shocked at how rude the customer service was today when I called. She sounded like she hated the world. I sure wish I would have caught her name. I ended the call with "I hope you have a great day" hoping she would realize she was being horrible, but she only grunted and hung up the phone. Is good customer service really a dying trait. I know they may be dealing with lower income families but no reason to treat them like dirt.
