Very disappointed in the service that we received here we called and spoke to a gentleman named John. When we came he wasn’t there so the young lady allowed us to go out and take a look at the boat. Then a gentleman by the name of Craig came to help us out not very informational about information, we stated that we were first time buyers. So we were still interested because we like the boat so we go on the inside and he’s asking the gentleman that comes in, which was John…where was the information on the boat. He didn’t speak he didn’t say anything( how rude).. So Craig and told us that he would get the specs sent over to us by email so we emailed him and it’s been over 48 hours we have not received a email on the information. I’m sure if it was the color of our skin, if they felt as if we didn’t have money or credit to purchase a boat. When it all boils down when you’re looking for a boat and information on first time buyers and things in that nature I would not recommend this place…..(Bad for business)…..

have to say I'm very disappointed in the way they conduct business. made an offer on a boat in which I was told I'd receive a call back with an answer. not only that, but a mutual friend was also told I'd be given a call back with first option to buy. I never did receive that call, then come to find out the boat i was interested in was sold out from under me. I would have been willing to negotiate with you guys. very unprofessional!
From my understanding the boat wasn't on the market yet. My one star review wasn't so much because you sold the boat, it was for your poor or lack there of communication. Didn't say i wasn't willing to pay asking price, I simply made an offer and was told I'd receive a call back with a decision. As you also told our mutual friend several times you'd give us a call in regards to the boat. I'm a man of my word. When I tell someone I'm going to do something I do it! As for discussing it further, what's the point? It's a pending sale and apparently your word doesn't mean much.
