Was once a great place to do business. But there is now a problem with the service department when a returning customer of ten + years can’t get an appointment for a simple oil change on a car that I bought there. Not sure what changed but no doubt they’ll blame COVID. Maybe they just need to work some overtime or hire some more mechanics. Opening up on Saturday would help. Hopefully the Ford dealer in Mountain Home can change oil.

do not come here for repairs...They will try to scam you... my friend came to get is trans fluid changed, they changed it for $250 then 3 weeks later his trans starts leaking we showed them a video of it leaking... they charged him $150 to look at the car and did not fix anything and told him the trans was fine... they also said his rear diff was leaking and they would charge him 1800 to fix... this is the second time they have done some one I know wrong never getting Service here again
