Karen and everyone who worked last night were so helpful. Karen showed us around the beds that we were matched to my husband and I while we took two hours to shop. They even accommodated our little one with a fun in store toy and treated her with such kindness while we tried out all the beds. They are such a great team and deserve lots of appreciation. They make the MW brand shine.

Came in looking for a extra firm mattress and John was very patient and professional as he helped me pick out the perfect one. In the end I bought the one that he recommended and he rang me up very efficiently while making sure I got all the information I needed for the delivery. Gary the manager was even nice enough to throw in some extras with my purchase! All in all, a very fast and comfortable experience at Mattress Warehouse :)

Gary was very helpful and very knowledgeable for finding a mattress that was right for you..We got a tempur pedic mattress and we were so excited how our Daughter was fitted for the mattress..We definitely will check you out again for our future needs..Thanks to Gary we had a awesome experience

We worked with Gary and he offered great customer service. He helped us find an awesome twin mattress for our sons first big boy bed and helped us find a much needed new mattress for ourselves. And he did it all within the budget we needed. We really appreciated the sleep match to help us find what would work best for us to get the sleep we need. Overall great experience, never felt rushed our like an inconvenience (which is so commonly how customer service goes these days) and left feeling great about our purchase. Thats important when youre spending so much and knowing youll be using the product for an important part of your every day. I see Gary doing great things at this store. Highly recommend making this the place you shop for your mattress.
