He takes bribes from competing developers to hurt appraisal values of others to prevent them from growing. Yes, true story. Years ago he bought his son to one of our properties and was extremely pompous, rude, and a downright bully. We learned always to use a large company, don't use poor companies or up and coming local companies - they always have more to gain than you. Not only did Walters keep the money for our appraisal, he wasted our time - which we cannot forgive. My owners are very powerful people - more so than any opposing force so luckily it didn't destroy us. Do yourself a favor and stay away from negative forces such as Walters appraisal.

He is a slum Lord he has been reported to east Penn township for his own properties not being up to code I have plenty of pics and videos to prove holes in floors broken windows and doors holes in floors broken toilets and he does not fix anything his properties are run down and totally roach and mice infested. He gets drunk at the bars and parties then wants to visit his properties and tenants while he is drunk and high nope not me I would never let him in unless 24 hour notice. He has been ordered by township to fix properties but never did complete the work
