There were two vendors that popped up when we needed a gutter downspout relocated and another gutter repaired. The Gutter Guys picked up the phone 1st time, arrived in two days for an estimate, and completed the scope of work the next week. They were professional, courteous, and fairly priced. The other vendor called me back two weeks after the initial phone call and even after I told him we went with The Gutter Guys, he called again the next week stating, "I have you booked for tomorrow." It was a devious sales tactic which I called him out on. Although it is encouraged to get multiple estimates for housework, I'd suggest going straight to The Gutter Guys for all your gutter needs. The Gutter Guys, out of the Harrisburg location, installed gutters, downspouts, and their gutter guard at my home in April. The project was a rather large project, taking only one day and two team members, Andrew and Tom, to complete a lovely, modern install. Project went off as scheduled with telephone office staff very responsive and punctual on all interactions. On-site prep and cleanup was immaculate. Mike, the owner, even took the time to review the completed project onsite to assure me they stand behind their work and products as evident by the warranty and written followup note. Andrew and Tom did a fine job installing, keeping everything nice and straight with no rough edges. I like the appearance of the open louvres which add another dimension to the house and look substantial. Davids demo convinced me this was the right style guard for me. And I am looking forward to the next heavy rain where I can see them do their thing.
Much success to Mike and his team as they ALL go forward with future installs. They really do work as a team. Leora K

What can I say, these guys are the best out there. Once again they came to my rescue in an emergency. I have a shared gutter and started having issues again with these recent downpours March 23 2022. CJ Fitzpatrick came out yesterday and I'm sorry to say that the technician spent more time in his truck on his phone than he did up on the roof trying to figure out our problem. We knew the rains were coming and it needed to be addressed.
After another evening of downpours last night and more flooding, I decided to call the Gutter Guys this morning . Not only did they answer my call, they came out within 30 minutes to help. I had a new gutter installed by these great guys over 3 years ago when I first purchased my home.
I have had a few issues when we would have heavy downpours. They always went above and beyond trying to figure out what my issues were and set my mind to ease. In the end they figured out it was just debris continually getting stuck in my 90 angle under my gutter time after time.
Andrew is the best with customer service issues and addresses them promptly. The whole crew is wonderful. They are friendly, hardworking and definitely know what they're doing.
I have to give them a lot of credit, my three story townhome in the back is very high. They are skilled professionals. And they back up their work and do a great job. Thank you to Mike the owner and Andrew and the guys for coming out to my home once again this morning for an emergency and to set my mind at ease. Do not hesitate to call the Gutter Guys. Don't call the rest because these guys are the BEST!! They do a great job and back up their work for years to come. I am a highly satisfied customer and will recommend them to anyone!!
