Made me never want a gym membership again. Stupid fees, you have to give a 30 day notice if you want to cancel membership. Had to speak with the guy in charge Ryan because I got charged 40$ cause my card was declined when they tried to run it the first time and he said he would try to get the fee back for me" LOL never did. Will make sure none of my friends or family ever go here. Save your money and go to a real gym.

Hands down, I've never been a part of a better gym. Not only is everyone extremely kind and welcoming, but they also value a sense of community. Within the first few visits, I was greeted by name. Any questions I've had have been answered thoroughly. The gym is clean and safe. The staff and the trainers want nothing more than to foster an atmosphere which allows members to reach fitness goals that they celebrate alongside of you. Management is both respectful and efficient when resolving concerns mentioned to them. The trainers excel in both their knowledge and ability to meet you where you're at while also encouraging/teaching you more about how to achieve fitness success. Body Renew is personal, compassionate, and honest. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service of this company. We were charged more than 500 dollars for services we did not want before we were finally able to jump through all the hoops required to cancel. Two stars because the facility is just fine and the staff is friendly just don't agree to anything without reading the fine print very carefully. All the agreements are loaded with sneaky cancellation fees and red tape.
