This company just finished replacing our roof. The job was excellent in every way. Bill Schmidt worked to meet our needs and budget rather than simply giving his bid. They took care of every detail, and all of his crew were pleasant and helpful. This dreaded task was finished in quick order and the place cleaned up thoroughly. I'm hard to get 5 stars from but the Schmidt's earned them! Services: Roof installation, Roof inspection, Roof repair

Our 160 year old barn roof had sustained damage during a storm, so we needed to get a quality roof back on the barn quickly, so it could last another century and a half. Bill came out and met me the day after I called and walked me through every detail of what he thought was the best course of action. Bill got me the quote the same day, so we were able to get the insurance company moving quickly. Bill and the crew were at our property installing the new metal roof within a week of first meeting him. We could not be any happier with our experience and final product.

I sold my house and some gutter issues came up as part of the inspection. Because of COVID, I was having trouble finding someone to come fix the gutter before settlement.
All the staff at WF Schmidt were friendly and courteous. Most importantly, they fixed my gutter for a reasonable price the same week I called. If I need repairs at the new place, I will DEFINITELY use them. Service: Gutter repair

Excellent job. We are very pleased with Bill's work. Called Bill on a Saturday and he came out and discussed everything with us within a couple hours. We had an estimate and the work started within a couple of days. He has a great crew, very thorough and everything was cleaned up excellently. We would highly recommended Bill Schmidt. Bill and Teri are great to work with.
