I called and got a next day appointment. The young man who answered the phone was friendly, compassionate and helpful.The technician Derek arrived right on time.  He was very professional, helpful and quick!! He explained what he was doing, how long it would take and answered my questions with patience. He even tried to replace a battery on my other alarm. I apreciate your quick response to my call and I would recommend your company to all of my friends and family.  Thank you for your hard work.

I just had the best experience with South shore lock and key. My boyfriend had lost his second set of keys to his car and Josiah, the locksmith, came out between the hours that he had promised. He was so prompt, so polite & made the keys within 20 minutes. It is always a pleasure doing business with them and I recommend them highly to everybody. This is the second time weve used them and they have been nothing but great!!!!

If only everything was this easy! I called South Shore Lock & Key as the used car I purchased came with only one fob & key. I was hesitant to go outside of a dealer but they were so responsive and made the transaction so easy. The price was significantly lower than going through a dealer and they came to my workplace to do the work. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and charged me what was quoted. There were no hidden costs. The gentleman who did the work was polite, friendly and efficient! I highly recommend South Shore Lock & Key and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
