Unacceptable delay in receiving taxes, took over two months. Additionally, the emerald card did not match records, resulting in a further two-week wait for a replacement.

Terrible experience. Horrible customer service from the Tax Preparer. She was rude, and treated us like she was scolding one of her children. A senior gentleman came in to ask something and she was RUDE and told him she did not have time for him, to go to the library. We took our papers and left. URGENTLY NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! .. When dealing with customers and public in general she needs to respond with respect and politeness because we the customer keep HR Block in business.

Ive had an appt with H & R Block in Guymon for over a week. I took off from work and drove 20 miles for my appt. When I arrived I was told the person that was to help me went home sick. They could have let me know so I wouldnt have to make an unnecessary trip! The lady (Hispanic) was very rude and she didnt even offer any words of apology!
