The main problem with this store is getting the newbies, and you're very likely to get an employee that doesn't know what they're doing. I would recommend going to a corporate store instead if you're looking to buy a phone, but to pay a bill, you should be fine.

Wonderful place to come get any of your Verizon needs! The ladies in the store are knowledgeable and very patient! Go see them, you won't be disappointed!
