So afraid I just got scammed. I had been wanting this particular dress for a really long time but it was too expensive everywhere, then every place I looked seemed to sell out of it, so now I was willing to pay a lot for this dress. I randomly came across this boutique on Pinterest and saw that they had my size in stock, and it wasn't that expensive, score! I got really excited and ordered it the next day. First of all the checkout is confusing because it looks like you can only pay through Paypal (but you have to pretend to do that first, then you'll see other payment options). And secondly, there was no confirmation! I didn't receive an email confirmation from them or anything or shipping link, only a charge to my credit card... I emailed them 3 times to just see if I was even gonna get my dress and I called 3 times. They ignored my emails and their phone system doesn't seem to be connected. I had no way of contacting them but decided to wait it out and eventually my dress finally came in the mail.
I'm talking about the online store, not the actual store. The products are nice but the customer service needs some work.
Just be careful where you shop online haha. Read reviews first!
