The condo was fantastic!! Great rooms, view and location. That part was great as well as surrounding facilities. However, the management company was not that friendly and accommodating. Did not get a warm and fuzzy when checking in. There was a careless attitude that you were there or not. We called to ask for road conditions on Ft. Morgan Road after Ida and they had no idea. We needed an extra roll of toilet paper and they would not supply it. You get what you get. Also, there was a load of laundry left in the washer which had soured and we had to rewash and dry it and we were charged a $250 cleaning fee!!? We let management know and they could of cared less. If we are to return to the area, then we will look for a condo that is managed by someone other than Aronov Resort Management, Inc..

No bicycle's . The Golf cart windshield fell off and the batteries were missing battery caps. They could use an uddated version. 3rd floor gets pretty warm. Stove broiler did not heat very well. Will not stay here again unless this is the only one available. It could use a little more updating inside.

If something doesn’t change with cleanliness of the homes, we will not return and this was sixteenth year. Floors and carpet was dirty very dirty. Also, disappointed with the absence of beach materials. We were highly disappointed!
