      image Sarah Mc Murray Went above and beyond when assisting me with prior tax information! She troubleshooted, worked with me on ID.me, and the JH account website walking me through on authentication and express codes that were needed! I am so grateful for how much time she spent with me giving me peace of mind, for that closure!
      Taxes in general can be stressful and overwhelming, especially problem solving from prior years. I am extremely grateful for her professionalism, positive attitude, drive and attention to individual customer needs, and her compassion to each customers situation as needed!
      I highly recommend working with her! Her knowledge is comforting. I trust her!! When dealing with taxes, your money, the IRS, etc, you want someone you can trust, and someone you can develop a lasting rapport with! Definitely appreciate her customer service and attention to detail!
