Made two appointments to tour an apartment. the first one i was ghosted about after the listing was removed and the second time i was sent a message 2 hours before, telling me the unit was rented. I was asked if i wanted to see a different one to which i said yes. I then never got a response back when i asked if the same time as the original appointment worked. not reaching out again, since ghosting possible tenants seems like a regular occurrence.

I just moved into a unit on one of their properties, and so far I have not had the bad experiences that others have mentioned in negative reviews. Carol, the leasing specialist that worked with us, was great. She showed up to every appointment, answered every phone call/message and was very helpful during the entire process. The unit was move-in ready on the date we were told. It was clean, and it had fresh paint and new carpet. We sprayed our own pesticide, as I think everyone should, to control bugs being a multi family property, and so far we have seen no sign of any infestations. They allow pets, and I think rent is fairly priced. They also do month-to-month leasing after 1 year with no additional charges. Every time I call the office within business hours, someone always answers the phone. I like that they have an app where you can pay rent directly from your bank account with no fees and also submit maintenance requests.

I agree with all the other tenants...dont care about nothing but getting their money !!!! But it is a quiet place to live...
